摘要
本文主要研究了在恒温15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃不同处理下,温度对百里香种子萌发的影响,以及15℃/20℃、20℃/25℃变温条件下百里香种子的萌发情况。并采用发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、始发芽天数、发芽天数等指标对百里香种子发芽效果进行了评价。结果表明,随着温度从15℃升高到25℃,百里香种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数均上升。15℃~25℃是百里香的最适发芽温度区间,20℃/25℃是最适发芽温度条件。在不同光照情况下,25℃是最适发芽温度,16h光照/8h黑暗是百里香种子发芽的最佳光照条件,昼夜变温条件下更有利于百里香种子萌发。覆土厚度不应超高0.5 cm。储藏1 a的百里香种子发芽率可达86%,种子活力较高。
