摘要
对秋水仙素处理的油茶苗光合作用进行了初步研究。结果表明,0.1%秋水仙素处理苗与对照之间叶绿素含量存在显著差异;不同浓度处理油茶苗与对照之间Am ax和LSP均较低,其中只有0.1%处理苗Am ax和LSP的值均高于对照,分别达6.555CO2μmol/m2.s和271.4694μmol/m2.s,比对照分别增加3倍和1.7倍。处理苗和对照光补偿点(LCP)均较高,但0.3%处理苗LCP比对照LCP值低,为38.59073μmol/m2.s,0.1%和0.2%处理的均比对照高。从光合作用测定初步研究可得出:8号株叶绿素、净光合速率、光饱合点均比对照高,因此它可以作为优良品种选育的基础材料。
