银染mRNA差异显示法与放射自显影法的比较

COMPARE SILVER STAINED METHOD WITH RADIOAUTOGRAPH METHOD OF mRNA DIFFERENTIAL DISPLAY

目的:建立银染法mRNA差异显示,并与放射自显影法进行比较。方法:以大蒜提取物大蒜素处理胃癌细胞系BGC823细胞,分别进行银染法和放射自显影法的mRNA差异显示,对两种方法所得差异片段进行反向Northern杂交,比较结果。结果:由两种方法得到的片段,杂交后结果基本相符。结论:对高丰度差异表达基因筛选,银染法与放射自显影法mRNA差异显示相比更简便易行。
