The Rapid Detection Methods of Food-borne Salmonella

摘要 本文主要介绍了食源性沙门氏菌污染的危害,并探讨了几种常见的先进的快速检测方法。这些快速检测方法对于沙门氏菌的检测具有良好的应用前景。 This passage mainly introduced the impairment of food-borne salmonella, and several mainly and advanced detection methods for it were also discussed. These rapid detection methods were of good application for detecting salmonella.
