摘要
猪血是现代肉类工业的主要副产物之一。含有丰富的蛋白质,其蛋白质含量达到全血总量的18%左右,因此又具有"液态肉"之称。本文对猪血在食品、肥料和动物饲料领域的综合利用以及开发情况进行了探讨,从而使猪血整个变废为宝,并解决了因猪血废弃造成环境污染的问题。
