摘要 基于液氮的冷冻疗法和射频高温原位灭活原理,在治疗中结合冷、热交替治疗增强对肿瘤细胞的消融效果。在热疗过程中,射频功率的控制采用模糊控制算法,确保对肿瘤病灶进行平稳的射频加热。 The combination of the cryosurgery using LN2 and intelligent RF ablation therapeutic instrument based on the theory of local destruction is introduced in this paper,and this alternating therapy is believed to have a better controlling effect on tumor ablation.In heating period,a fuzzy algorithm is used to control the RF power to realize a more smoothly heating process to the target area.
