新生儿呼吸机相关肺炎的病原菌及抗菌药物敏感性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的病原菌及其抗菌药物敏感性情况。方法回顾分析52例VAP患儿的临床资料,对VAP的病原菌及药敏试验情况进行分析。结果52例VAP的主要病原菌为肺炎克雷伯杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、醋酸钙-鲍曼复合不动杆菌、大肠埃希菌和阴沟肠杆菌,对多种药物均有不同程度耐药。结论VAP感染以G-菌为主,并且对多种药物均有不同程度耐药,在治疗VAP时应重视病原菌的培养,以便根据药敏结果合理使用抗菌药物。
