政策网络理论述评

A Review of Policy Network Theory

本文回顾了自20世纪下半叶以来在公共政策研究领域中逐渐兴起的政策网络理论的研究成果,在此基础上对以往的理论研究成果做了系统的梳理、归纳。本文着重探讨了政策网络的含义、政策网络研究的典型范式、基本观点等内容,并对政策网络这一全新的公共政策研究视角的贡献及不足之处进行了评论,最后指出了政策网络视角对于公共政策研究的意义所在。

This paper gives a general review of the emerging studies on network public policy since the second half of the 20th century.It centers on exploration of the meaning of policy networks,policy networks typical research paradigm,the basic point of view,etc.,and it also deals with its weaknesses while pointing out its significance.
