Causes and countermeasures of the burst of municipal pipeline for water supply

通过对南方某市大口径市政给水管道3年爆管的资料研究和对爆管影响因素的分析,得出埋地金属管腐蚀、管沟地基不均匀沉陷、沟槽开挖不符合规定、气囊与水锤和不规范施工是爆漏的主要原因.文章提出了预防措施和管理方法,以期为市政给水管道工程设计、施工、运行管理提供参考借鉴.

The three-year data and the influence factors of the burst of municipal pipeline in the city of south China were analyzed in the present paper.It could be concluded that the erosion,uneven settlement of trench foundation,non-conformity regulation in excavating groove,air inflation and water hammer and substandard construction resulted in the burst of pipeline.Countermeasures and management methods were put forward in the paper,which could be used for reference to design,construction and management of munici...
