摘要 洪水淹没范围的确定是洪灾损失评估的核心环节,洪灾损失评估是防洪减灾领域的一项基础工作.在给定水位条件下,运用GIS和丹江口库区的相关图形数据平面模拟了大坝加高洪水淹没范围,并对其采用"无源淹没分析"方法进行统计计算,及时、准确、系统地掌握了洪水淹没信息,为洪水风险图制作、快速评估洪灾损失和防洪决策提供科学依据. Determining flood submerged area is the core of flood damage assessment,flood damage assessment is a basic work in the flood prevention and disaster reduction.According to GIS and graphic data of Danjiangkou reservoir,the flood submerged area is simulated horizontally and calculated by the method of "non-source submerged analysis",which can grasp flood submerged area information timely,accurately and systematically,and can provide a scientific basis for mapping flood risk and rapid assessment and decision-m...
