摘要
通过对电子设备散热领域现状的分析,指出了传统散热方式的局限性,介绍了近几年出现发展应用的几种主要的电子设备散热新技术;分析了热分析软件在电子设备散热领域的作用,对2种应用比较广泛的辅助热分析软件FLOTHERM和ICEPAK从其应用范围、技术特点等方面做了介绍,并对2种软件的应用进行了对比,为电子设备热设计人员提供一定的参考.
