口语评估中母语和非母语评分者的评分偏差研究

Native and Non-native Judgements of Learners’ Oral Ability

口语评估由于主观性较强,评估结果容易受到多方面的影响。通过日语演讲比赛收集数据,从评分者的角度探讨母语评分者和非母语评分者在口语评估中是否存在偏差。结果显示,在总体评价上,中方和日方评分者存在差异,中方给分明显高过日方。在评分标准的各个项目上,不论是在内容上,还是在语音语调、流利性等形式上,中方评分者给分都比日方评分者积极。研究建议,需从内部属性和测试环境共同考察评分者因素对测试偏差的影响。

Oral evaluation is strongly influenced by the rater because of its subjectivity.The present paper makes a comparative study of the test bias of the oral evaluation by native and non-native teachers in a Japanese Speaking contest.The study results are listed as follows:native and non-native judgements did show significant differences in their average scores;and native and non-native judgements differed in how they rated the linguistic forms and the content.
