摘要
以某大型球磨机为例,建立了包含轴承和回转体等主要部件的球磨机结构整体应力分析有限元模型;将鞍形座与轴承衬体、轴瓦与中空轴之间建立接触单元作为数值模拟的边界条件;以满载静止、满载启动和正常运行为分析工况,得到了鞍形座、轴承衬体、轴瓦、中空轴、左右端盖和筒体的应力幅值和变化规律。计算结果表明:左端盖与中空轴的过渡处应力最大,筒体中部应力最小。对该球磨机回转体的应力进行了测试,采集了典型截面在满载静止工况下转动一周过程中的周向应力和轴向应力,将应力测试值和计算值的动态分量进行了对比,二者吻合较好,从而验证了数值模拟结果的正确。
