摘要
在汽车结构侧面碰撞详细有限元模型基础上,建立了用于汽车侧面结构抗撞性概念设计的简化参数化模型。分析了车身侧面变形的特点,提出了简化模型建立的方法和原则,研究了简化模型建立的关键技术。通过与原详细有限元模型的关键响应量对比,证明了简化模型的准确性和有效性。此外,本文还简要介绍了简化模型在车体侧面抗撞性概念设计中的应用方法。
A simplified parametrized model for the concept design of the car side crashworthyness was built based on a detailed finite element analysis(FEA) model of a car structure on the side impact.The features of the car body deformation in the side impact were analyzed,and the principle and method of the simplified FEA modelling were suggested and the key techniques to build the simplified model were discussed.The simplified model was validated by its comparison with the key responses of the detailed FEA model.Mo...
