乌杞生发丸急性毒性的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Acute Toxicity with Wuqishengfa Pill

目的为了进一步提高医院制剂的质量,运用小鼠口服最大剂量乌杞生发丸,并以此进行了急性毒性实验,从而对乌杞生发丸的安全性进行了初步评价。方法实验选择昆明种,运用灌胃方式以最大剂量给予小鼠乌杞生发丸,连续观察小鼠七天可能出现的相关反应。结果乌杞生发丸最大量灌胃给药后,计算所得最大耐受量MTD=150;在实验过程中,也未发现乌杞生发丸引起的毒性反应。结论乌杞生发丸的毒性很小,临床上可以在医生指导下安全使用。

Objective To promote the pharmaceutical quality and study the acute toxicity on Wuqishengfa pill with maximum oral administration,the elementary security was estimated on mice.Method After the experimental mice were administered with maximum tolerence dose(MTD) daily,the possibly related acute reaction was investigated for seven days continuously.Result There was no acute reaction and dead mice in the experiment.The test showed that MTD of mice was equal to 150 times of the normal human.Conclusion The acute...
