特应性体质毛细支气管炎患儿血浆肾上腺髓质素及尾加压素Ⅱ水平变化的临床意义

Plasma Levels of Adrenomedullin and Urotensin II in Atopic Children with Bronchiolitis

目的探讨特应性体质毛细支气管炎患儿血浆肾上腺髓质素(ADM)及尾加压素Ⅱ(U-Ⅱ)的水平变化及临床意义。方法将153例毛细支气管炎患儿分为特应性体质组(特应性组)60例和非特应性体质组(非特应性组)93例,并以36例健康儿童作为对照组。比较特应性组和非特应性组患儿急性期、恢复期的症状评分和住院天数,比较3组儿童的血浆ADM和U-Ⅱ水平。结果特应性组患儿急性期、恢复期的症状评分与非特应性组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);住院天数间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3组儿童的血浆ADM水平间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3组儿童的U-Ⅱ水平间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论特应性体质毛细支气管炎患儿的血浆ADM和U-Ⅱ水平较非特应性体质患儿和健康儿童高,特应性体质患儿病情重,炎症持续时间长,易发生反复喘息。
