摘要
目的:观察自拟调营汤治疗变态反应性(变应性)鼻炎临床疗效。方法:240例变应性鼻炎患者依随机数字法分为为两组,各120例,对照组采用阿司咪唑(息斯敏)。治疗组采用调营汤治疗,观察两组不良反应、疗效及复发率。结果:两组疗效、不良反应及复发率比较差异有显著性(均P<0.05)。结论:调营汤治疗变应性鼻炎疗效确切而持久,无不良反应。
