内镜乳头括约肌切开术治疗胆胰疾病850例分析

Endoscopic Sphincterotomy in Pancreaticobiliary Diseases:A Clinical Analysis of 850 Cases

目的:探讨内镜乳头括约肌切开术(EST)治疗胆胰疾病的疗效。方法:回顾24年间采用EST治疗胆囊切除术后继发胆总管结石、原发性胆总管结石、胆管口括约肌狭窄、重症急性胰腺炎(ANP)、胆总管结石合并十二指肠乳头旁憩室、胆囊结石行胆囊切除术后继发胆总管下端嵌顿结石与胆管镜联合应用、胃毕Ⅱ式术后胆总管结石850例的临床经验。结果:全组病例EST成功812例(95.5%),38例(4.5%)失败。32例(3.8%)合并消化道中等量出血,19例(2.2%)并发轻度胰腺炎,无严重并发症。结论:EST或联合胆管镜解决胆胰临床问题安全有效。
