摘要
目的:了解护士对危重患者口腔护理相关知识的掌握情况和实践状况。方法:应用自设问卷,采取简单抽样方法对全院护士发放问卷,对57份有效问卷进行统计分析。结果:护士对口腔护理的基础知识掌握良好,但对新知识了解较差;不同年龄、护龄、职称和学历的护士之间知识得分无显著性差异;有肺炎护理经验的护士知识掌握情况好于无肺炎护理经验的护士(P<0.05)。结论:应对护士加强口腔护理新知识的培训,加强危重患者口腔护理的分类管理。
Objective:To learn the cognition of nurses about the oral nursing care for severe patients.Methods:To use the self-designed questionnaire and investigate 60 nurses,then analyzed the data from the investigation.Results:Nurses were good at basic skills,but not good at advanced skills.There were no differences between nurses of different ages,lengths of service,education backgroungs and titles.Nurses with experience of pneumonia nursing were better than those without experience(P<0.05).Conclusion:Much work ...
