摘要
目的观察白介素-6(IL-6)在成年雌性大鼠、卵巢切除大鼠、卵巢切除后雌二醇替代大鼠心内神经节的表达及变化。方法免疫组织化学方法。结果各组大鼠心内神经节均存在IL-6阳性神经元,但卵巢切除组大鼠心内神经节IL-6阳性神经元明显增多,表达明显增强。结论心房后壁心内神经节存在IL-6,并且受雌激素影响,提示雌二醇可能影响心内神经节IL-6的表达。
Objective To study the interleukin-6(IL-6)expression and variance of IL-6 positive neurons in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of intact,ovariectomized,or ovariectomized and 17-β-estradiol-treated female rats.Methods Immunohistochemical staining technique.Results IL-6 positive neurons were presented in the intrinsic cardiac ganglia of these groups,but these neurons increased remarkably and IL-6 expression increased obviously in the cardiac ganglia of ovariectomized rats.Conclusion IL-6 is present in rat intrin...
