摘要
目的研究白芍双向发酵后芍药苷及芍药内酯苷含量的变化及HPLC指纹图谱的差异。方法将白芍作为"药性基质",运用双向发酵技术,产生白芍的"药性菌质",以芍药苷及芍药内酯苷为指标,采用RP-HPLC法测定,比较其含量的变化及指纹图谱的差异。结果发酵之后的白芍中芍药苷及芍药内酯苷含量与生药材比较都有明显的降低。同时,经发酵的菌株有新的成分出现。结论双向发酵后白芍"药性菌质"中芍药苷及芍药内酯苷含量都明显降低了,且有未知的成分出现。
Objective To observe the changes of paeoniflorin and albiflorin contents and the difference of HPLC fingerprinting after Paeonia lactiflora being solid fermented.
