摘要
目的研究铁皮石斛不同采收期和不同生长期水溶性多糖的含量变化规律,以期确定最佳采收期。方法采用3,5-二硝基水杨酸比色法,以葡萄糖为对照测定。结果水溶性多糖含量,冬季采收含量较高,开花前含量最高;开花期,呈现明显的下降趋势;花期后,又开始回升。随着生长期的延长,呈现先升高后下降的趋势。结论以生长期在1～2年间,并在开花前的1～3个月,应为最佳采收期。
Objective To ascertain the best harvest time of Dendrobium candidum Wall. ExLindl. ( D. officinale) by determining the total water-soluble polysaccharide content of Dendrobium candidum Wall. ExLindl.
