冰茶栓对骨癌痛大鼠脊髓GFAP及其mRNA表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察冰茶栓对W256细胞诱导的骨癌痛大鼠脊髓GFAP及其mRNA表达的影响,以探讨其抗骨癌痛的中枢机制。方法将SD大鼠分成假手术组、模型组、给药组三组。给药组给予冰茶栓101mg?kg-1;给药10d后截取脊髓组织,检测GFAP蛋白及mRNA表达。结果给药组大鼠脊髓组织GFAP蛋白及其mRNA表达均较模型组显著降低(P<0.01;P<0.05)。结论冰茶栓抗骨癌痛作用的中枢机制可能与其抑制星形胶质细胞的激活有关。 Objective To observe the effects of Bingcha Embolus on GFAP production and its mRNA expression in spinal cord in the rat model of bone cancer pain induced by W256 tumor cells. Methods Sprague-Dawley female rats were divided into three groups: sham group, model group and Bingcha Embolus group.
