摘要
Web2.0环境下,图书馆信息咨询服务所依托的图书馆、各类信息资源、读者群及读者的需求等方面都带有明显的长尾特质,文章在理论探讨信息咨询服务长尾效应的同时,提出具有远程协助功能信息咨询平台的构建规划。
Under Web 2.0 environment,library information service has neweffects of the long tail on all sorts of information resources,readers and the requirements of the readers.This paper tries to make some theoretical study about the characters of these new effects,and makes a proposal to the construction of a platform with the function of remote assistance.
