读者在阅读活动中会产生专注与焦虑、共鸣和痴迷、疲劳和倦怠的心理,图书馆应该营造舒适的阅读环境,缓解读者阅读过程中的疲劳和倦怠心理,增加阅读的愉悦度;用良好的服务态度,使读者产生积极的阅读心理,提高阅读效率;采用个性化的导读方法,减少读者选择读物的盲目性和焦虑心理,提高阅读的针对性。
