行政总值班是医院管理中的一个重要组成部分,结合我院实际,以医院管理的四个对象为侧重点,从四个角度,分别阐述了行政总值班在医院管理中的职责及重要作用,旨在为更好地健全、完善行政总值班制度提出理论依据。

The system of administrative general-on-duty is an important component part in hospital management.Based on the practice of the author s hospital,the article explains the functions of and important role played by the general-on-duty,taking four targets of the hospital management as the focus and from four different angles,aiming at raising a theoretical evidence for setting up and improving the system of general-on-duty.
