Using Vacuum Molding Process to Produce Machine Tool Castings

介绍了采用V法造型工艺生产T型槽机床铸件的装备、工艺过程和工艺特点,分析了造型过程中存在的问题及解决方法,指出V法造型工艺生产铸件易产生机械粘砂、塌砂、拔缝及厚度增加和气孔缺陷,并提供了应对方法。

An introduction was made to the equipments,production process and characteristics of vacuum molding process used for production of machine tool casting with T-shaped slot.The problems existing in molding process and their solutions were analyzed.It was pointed out that the castings produced with V -process is prone to suffer metal penetration,sand collapse,fins,thickness increase and blowhole,and the countermeasures were suggested.
