摘要
白酒酿造过程中的废水主要是黄水和底锅水,作为白酒生产过程中的副产物,其富含有机物,直接排放对环境造成严重污染,这既浪费了大量的水资源又使黄水和底锅水中的成分未被有效的开发利用。有关对白酒酿造过程中的废水节能减排加以综合利用,使其变废为宝的研究越来越受到重视。利用白酒酿造废水中的有机成分发酵生产沼气,生产的沼气可用来作为燃料烧锅炉,供白酒蒸馏用蒸汽,此方法是各大小酒厂利用和处理处理白酒酿造废水的最好方法。
