焦炉限产或停产的技术要求

Technical Specifications for Output Reduction or Stop of Coke Oven

焦炉在特殊情况下需要进行限产或停产,限产的主要手段为延长结焦时间,对炉温控制、煤气主管压力的控制和集气管压力与温度的控制等有技术要求,而停产主要是保温停产,应加强对荒煤气系统的管理、炉温管理、炉体密封和护炉铁件的管理。为不影响焦炉恢复正常生产,焦炉在限产和停产阶段,应严格按照技术要求进行管理,维护焦炉寿命。

In some special cases,coke oven output has to be reduced or stopped.The main way for output reduction is to is to prolong the coking time,while that for stop is to keep the oven temperature during oven shut-down.Oven temperature shall be strictly controlled during the output reduction or stop so as to restore normal operation of the oven at desired time.In addition,oven seal and iron parts of the oven shall be managed in a good way during the time.
