摘要
研究了以劣质褐煤为原料制备磺化煤的方法,探讨了磺化温度、磺化时间、酸煤质量比等因素对磺化煤吸附重金属离子Cu2+的影响。结果表明,以劣质褐煤为原料制备磺化煤的适宜条件为:磺化温度为160℃,磺化时间为10h,酸煤质量比为4∶1。在该条件下,制备的磺化煤对重金属离子Cu2+吸附效果最好。
The lignite to sulfonated coal technology was studied in this paper.Such factors as sulfonation tempera-ture and duration and mass ratio of acid to coal which may influence the absorbability of the sulfonated coal to heavy metal ion-Cu2+ were discussed as well.The results turn out that the proper conditions for sulfonating shall be at 160℃ and with a sulfonating time for 10h,and the mass ratio of acid to coal shall be 4:1.The sulfonated coal been prepared with these conditions will have a perfect absorbabil...
