介绍了平煤天宏焦化集团公司HN38-96型捣固型焦炉在焦炭大幅度减产后,为了降低对焦炉使用寿命和焦炭质量的影响,在生产管理中应注意的问题:结焦时间的确定、焦炉温度及压力进行合理的调节、生产操作的改进及对炉体的密封及维修等。通过这些措施,在焦炭大幅度减产后,可使炉体的各项指标趋于稳定合理的状态,达到了预期的目的。

Control of the stamp-charging coke oven for Pingmei tianhong coking group to against sharp output re-duction was presented in this paper,so as to maintain oven service life as well as coke quality.Oven control measurements include improvement of coal blending,determination of coking time,control of oven temperature and pressure,taking care of iron oven parts,optimization of operation,improvement of stamping and compacting of coal cakes and strict trouble-shooting of tightness of the oven body.With good cont...
