霉茶总黄酮提取物HPLC指纹图谱的研究

HPLC for Fingerprint Analysis of Meicha Total Flavonoid Extracts

目的建立霉茶总黄酮提取物的HPLC指纹图谱,更有效地监控其质量。方法采用梯度洗脱法,对霉茶总黄酮提取物进行HPLC测定,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸线性梯度洗脱,检测波长为292nm,记录时间为120m in。采用中国药典委员会出版的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统软件(版本:2004A)进行比较计算。结果运用梯度洗脱能分离霉茶总黄酮提取物的各种成分,通过相似度评价比较,霉茶总黄酮提取物的指纹图谱相似度均大于0.90。结论此法可作为霉茶总黄酮提取物的指纹图谱,有助于霉茶总黄酮提取物的质量控制。
