老年房性早搏患者桡动脉图积分面积测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的:测定老年人房性早搏桡动脉图积分面积,探讨老年人房性早搏对血流动力学的影响。方法:经心电图检查证实为自发老年房性早搏患者48例(提前率>40%、20%~40%、<20%各17、15、16例;左房18例,右房30例)及经食管心房调搏检查人工模拟房性早搏60例次(提前率>40%、20%~40%、<20%各20例次),应用心功能仪及信号处理技术对2组检查者的桡动脉图进行面积积分。并测定自发房性早搏及早搏前、后第1次窦性搏动桡动脉图积分面积。结果:老年人早搏提前率相同情况下,自发、人工房性早搏桡动脉图积分面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。自发、人工房性早搏的桡动脉图积分面积均在提前率>40%时最小,20%~40%时居中,<20%时最大,3者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老年人早搏提前率相同时,左房与右房早搏桡动脉图积分面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。老年人房性早搏前第1个窦性心搏的桡动脉图积分面积居中(7123.29±120.08),早搏的桡动脉图积分面积最小(3589.79±2676.98),早搏后第1个窦性心搏的桡动脉图积分面积最大(8569.70±145.02)(P<0.05)。结论:老年人房性早搏对血流动力学的影响与早搏的联律间期改变有关。 Aim:To study the relationship between ratios of artrial premature beat(APB) and pulsographic,and explore the effects of APB on the hemodynamics in aged people.Methods:A total of 48 aged patients with arrhythmia and 60 examples with artrial premature beat induced through the technique of transesophageal artrial pacing test were detected by twelve-lead surface electrocardiograms.
