子宫内膜癌经阴道彩色多普勒超声征象与微血管密度相关性分析

摘要 目的:探讨子宫内膜癌经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCDS)征象与癌组织中微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法:32例经手术病理证实的子宫内膜癌患者术前经阴道彩色多普勒超声记录内膜厚度、形态、回声特点、肌壁浸润深度、宫旁浸润及淋巴结转移、血流分级、阻力指数(RI),术后采用免疫组织化学SP法检测癌组织中的MVD,与TVCDS征象进行对照分析。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中MVD为(27.03±15.03),TVCDS征象中内膜厚度、肌壁浸润深度、宫旁浸润及淋巴结转移、血流级别与MVD均有相关性(P<0.05),肿瘤的形态和回声特点与MVD无关(P>0.05);RI与MVD成负相关(r=-0.743,P<0.05),与内膜厚度、肌壁浸润深度及血流分级均有关(P<0.05)。结论:TVCDS征象可间接反映肿瘤新生血管生成程度,可为预测子宫内膜癌的发展、转移及预后,为临床肿瘤分期及制定治疗方案提供客观依据。 Aim:To study the correlation between the features of transvaginal color doppler sonography (TVCDS) and microvessel density(MVD) in endometrial cancer(EC).Methods:Thirty-two cases of EC proved by the surgery and pathology and examined with TVCDS scanning were analyzed retrospectively.
