本文着眼于我国西部地区区域竞争力的提升,立足西部省级政府间关系的演变与现状,对我国西部省级政府间横向关系协调体系进行规范研究。

This article focuses on the enhancement of regional competitiveness of Western China and makes a normative research on the regulating system of horizental coordinate relationships between provincial governments of Western China,based on the development and status quo of the relationship between the western provincial governments.
