本文探讨了新的民用核安全设备监管法规产生的背景,比较了新老民用核安全设备监管法规的不同点,并对更好地实施新法规提出了一些建议。
The background of the new edition nuclear safety equipment intendance rule is discussed in the article.The difference is compared between the later edition and former edition of the new nuclear safety equipment intendance rule.Some suggestions of implementing the rule are brought forward to the governors.
