摘要
目的利用正交设计优选银杏叶分散片的最佳处方,制备快速起效、服用方便的银杏叶分散片。方法以崩解时间为指标,通过调节填充剂、崩解剂、润滑剂的用量,采用正交试验设计筛选最佳处方,以粉末直接压片法制备银杏叶提取物得分散片。结果最优处方为A2B2C2,即35%微晶纤维素、35%低取代羟丙基纤维素、1.0%聚乙二醇-6000。此处方制备银杏叶分散片工艺简单、硬度适中,其崩解时间、分散均匀度符合中国药典2005年版二部要求。结论优化所得处方合理,制得的银杏叶分散片具有明显的速释特征。
