中药对肾小球硬化大鼠模型细胞外基质的影响

Influence of traditional Chinese herbal medicine on extracellular matrix in Adriamycin-induced glomerulosclerosis rats

目的探讨金匮肾气汤、健脾益肾汤、活血化淤汤治疗阿霉素肾病、肾硬化模型的疗效。方法将实验动物随机分为正常对照组(6只大鼠)、右肾切除组(6只大鼠)、肾病组(8只大鼠)、肾硬化组、金匮肾气汤组、健脾组和活血化淤组,后四组均为20只大鼠。免疫组化检测肾组织内Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型胶原表达水平,来评价三种中药方剂对慢性肾小球肾炎、肾硬化的疗效。结果中药治疗各组肾组织内Ⅲ型、IV型胶原表达水平明显较对照组降低,而以活血化淤组降低最明显。结论活血化淤汤、健脾益肾汤、金匮肾气汤能减少肾小球(ECM)的积聚,以活血化淤汤效果最好。

Objective: To explore the influence of traditional Chinese herbal medicine on extracellular matrix in Adriamycin induced glomerulosclerosis rats.Methods: 120 Male Sprague Dawley rats were divided into Groups of A,B,C,D,E,F and G randomly.The rats in the B,C,D,E,F and G groups were subjected to surgical ablation(SNX).The Groups of C,D,E,F and G were treated with Adriamycin to induce glomerulosclerosis.The Groups of E,F and G were given different traditional Chinese herbal to investigate the efficacy of them....
