摘要 MgO外逸电子发射特性的获得是实现PDP高分辨率显示的关要技术之一,对MgO外逸电子发射的产生机理、测试方法及形成MgO外逸电子发射的方式进行了详细阐述,对该特性缩短PDP器件的统计延迟时间及提高放电稳定性等作用做了深入讨论,为合理利用MgO外逸电子发射特性,改善PDP特性提供了有力的理论基础。 It is key technology to obtain the exo-electronic emission of MgO in order to realize the high definition display for PDP.It is deeply discussed for the mechanism of exo-electronic emission,way to formation and measuring methods.The important role for shorten the statistical time(jitter time) and enhancing discharge stabilization are explained.The strong foundation is built up for utilizing reasonable the exo-electronic emission of MgO and improvement the performance of PDP.
