从栏目主持人制度看高校文科学报编辑队伍建设中的补偿机制

On Compensation Mechanism of College Liberal Arts Journal Editorial Team Construction from Column Host Systems

由于各种原因,高校文科学报的编辑力量相对于整个学报的发展而言显得相对薄弱,必然影响学报的长远发展。为解决这一矛盾,"编辑学者化"的提倡在实践中并没有得到完全有效的实施,引进专家作为学报栏目的主持人,缓解了学报发展与编辑力量薄弱之间的矛盾,形成了编辑与学者之间的优势互补。从很多学报的实践来看,这些措施有必要作为一种制度推行开来,形成对学报编辑队伍建设的一个补偿机制。
