试论公共医疗机构的应急管理体系的构建

Discussion of Construction of Emergency Management System in Public Health Care Institutions

我国医疗机构在应对重大公共事件时存在危机意识不够、应急准备不足和医疗救援能力不强等问题,其前哨作用、救援作用和支撑作用发挥不够充分。提出医疗机构应构建包括建立应急管理长效机制、加强应急预案培训学习、科学合理配置应急资源、完善医院救治流程、塑立大救援观念和重视伤病患者心理干预等内容的应急管理体系。
