摘要
通过对广州某三甲医院2007年度发生的320例医疗服务投诉的原因进行分析,发现88.1%的医疗投诉属于医学人文服务不足的范畴。进一步利用医疗投诉资料透视医疗实践中人文服务不足的表现,并分析其发生原因,以启发医院重新认识患者的医学人文需求,重构服务理念,创新服务方式,建立系统、科学、规范的服务流程。
