医学人文信仰是医学的精神本体。然而,医学的人文属性、人文追求不是自然生成的,而是人们在后天的医学实践中砥砺而成的。即是说,人们对医学人文的敬畏、信仰在于养成,而这种养成是需要一定的机制来保证的。医学人文信仰的养成机制是内在机制和外在机制的统一,它是由一系列有利于医学人文信仰生成与确立的各种因素构成的保证体系。
