生殖股神经在腰大肌表面的解剖位置及其临床意义

The dissection and clinical significance of genitocrural nerve in psoas major muscle surface

目的探讨生殖股神经在腰大肌表面的解剖学资料;为避免手术中的损伤生殖股神经提供依据。方法利用15具(30侧)成人尸体标本,观测生殖股神经在腰大肌表面与输尿管的毗邻关系,测量生殖股神经在腰大肌表面与相关骨性标记的距离、夹角等数据。结果输尿管位于生殖股神经穿出点外侧占70.0%;86.7%输尿管在髂嵴最高点平面以上与生殖股神经交叉;13.3%输尿管在髂嵴最高点平面以下、髂总血管分叉平面以上与生殖股神交叉。结论了解生殖股神经与输尿管的解剖关系,将有助于避免手术中损伤生殖股神经,减少手术并发症。

Objective To explore the anatomic data of genitocrural nerve in psoas major muscle surface. To avoid the dandification of genitocrural nerve during the operation,and to provide theoretical basis. Methods Utilize 15 adult body samples,to observe the relation between genitocrural nerve in psoas major muscle surface and urethra.
