经济社会的发展需要大批技能型人才和高素质劳动者,安徽省技能型人才队伍不断壮大的过程中还存在总量不充沛、比例失调,结构不匹配、后备不足,发展不均衡、差异明显等问题,中等职业教育的人才培养也存在专业结构不够优化、办学模式较为传统、基础能力相当薄弱、师资队伍严重不足和政策措施落实不够等问题,加快中等职业教育发展,培养大批技能型人才和高素质劳动者,需要开放思维,提升思想观念的引擎力;完善落实,提升政策措施的导向力;创新改革,提升体制机制的运行力;面向市场,提升助推经济的服务力。
