摘要
目的评价传统窝沟封闭术(CST)与洞型制备窝沟封闭术(EST)的治疗效果。方法实验以新鲜离体牙20只为实验对象,分为实验组(EST)与对照组(CST)两组进行,用SEM观察封闭剂的密合度及窝沟的深度。结果SEM观察实验组具有较为完善的封闭效果,传统方法往往形成表浅封闭(super-filling)。结论通过洞型制备处理窝洞后,能达到真正意义的封闭。
