目的分析胰腺癌早期影像学诊断现状。方法结合临床工作实践和查阅有关文献资料,总结了胰腺癌早期诊断要点、临床症状及影像学的临床研究。结果通过影像学的应用进展,对胰腺癌早期诊断具有较高诊断敏感性和准确性。结论影像学突破了胰腺癌筛选和早期明确诊断,及早实施治疗方案,明显改变患者的预后从而提高患者的生存率和生活质量。
