摘要
目的探讨B超引导下麦默通(mammotome)微创旋切系统在乳腺良性肿块切除中的临床应用价值。方法在B超引导下应用麦默通微创旋切系统对40例患者60个乳腺良性肿块施行微创旋切术。结果所有肿块均被准确、完全切除。每个肿块的切除时间平均为25 min,旋切次数15次,皮肤切口0.3～0.5 cm,1例有局部轻度皮下瘀血,未出现活动性出血、感染及其他并发症。结论B超引导下麦默通微创旋切系统切除乳腺良性肿块,操作简易、准确、安全、创伤小,是一项值得推广的乳腺微创技术。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system in resection of benign breast mass.Methods The operations and biopsy for 60 breast mass in 40 patients were performed by ultrasound guided mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system.Results All of breast mass were resected safely and completely.The average incisions were 15 times and the mean operative time was 25 min.The length of incision was only 0.3～0.5 cm.1 case with local light gore were foun...
