摘要
扫描不同测定条件下铅石墨炉原子吸收信号的图谱,通过分析图谱的变化参数,直观地优化测定条件。分析结果表明:扫描图谱可快速优化铅石墨炉原子吸收的测定条件(灯电流、狭缝、干燥温度/时间、灰化温度/时间、原子化温度/时间等),大大减少分析干扰,提高分析结果的准确度。分别对几种水果蔬菜样品的测试,加标回收率均在(100±3)%内。测试国家标准物质,其结果落在标准值范围。
Pb absorption signals were scanned by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) , and conditions for determining Pb were visually optimized based on the analysis of changes of the map parameters.
