引流放置在胆囊切除术后的临床意义

The clinical significance of drainage placing in the gallbladder after surgery

目的探讨胆囊切除术后常规放置引流的必要性。方法本院2005年1月至2007年12月313例行胆囊切除术病例随机分为无引流组和引流组,进行前瞻性对照研究。结果两组术后均无死亡、胆瘘及腹腔感染病例,其中在切口愈合、肝下积液、术后体温恢复时间和术后住院天数等方面两组无统计学差异。结论常规地引流并无必要,需引流时要掌握指征。
